Cancellation Policy
✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This goes toward your final total.
No Deposit No Appointment.
📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Please text me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
• No-shows will be charged a 50% fee and will lose their deposit.
⏰ Late Arrivals
• I offer a 10-minute grace period in case you’re running a little behind.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service depending on the day’s schedule.
• If I’m still able to take you, a $10 late fee will be added.
• If I’m unable to continue with the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, but no extra fees will apply.
I understand that life happens, all I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as possible so we can work something out. Your time and trust mean a lot to me, and I appreciate your respect for mine as well 💗
